We are based in the United Kingdom but we ship to most international countries (excluding EU and Northern Ireland), from just £3.75. The cost for shipping to various destinations varies, so please go through to the checkout page to see shipping costs for your destination. Please check the shipping cost before entering payment details.

When you choose your shipping method at the checkout we may provide a delivery estimate. Please note, we are unable to accept liability for any delays caused by couriers or events outside of our control.

Order Processing Time

We aim to process all orders according to the processing times stated in the table below. If there is a delay because the image you originally supply isn't suitable (quality wise) for printing, our processing time begins as soon as we've accepted a good replacement image. Order processing times and delivery times do not include bank holidays or weekends. Please note, the delivery times below do not include processing time.

Eyeholes are precut, and elastic or sticks are attached.

Our ready-to-wear masks with elastic require no assembly. The eye-holes are pre-cut and the elastic is fitted already which is used for securing the face mask around your head. Personalised face masks can be used for any event or an important date. There is no assembly required with this mask, they are ready to use as soon as you get them in the post.

All you need to do is upload your photo - we’ll even crop the face out for you. Other people in the photo? No problem - just let us know which person you need!

Please note, we generally cut hair to chin length or similar to preserve the size of the masks. Our supersize (a3 size) masks are designed for short periods of wear, such as for photo opportunities or surprise moments. The eye holes are positioned according to the eyes in your photo, which may reduce visibility or make it difficult to see. These masks are not intended for wearing while moving around.
