We are based in the United Kingdom but we ship to most international countries (excluding EU and Northern Ireland), from just £3.75. When you choose your shipping method at the checkout we may provide a delivery estimate. Please note, we are unable to accept liability for any delays caused by couriers or events outside of our control.

Order Processing Time

We aim to process all orders according to the processing times stated in the table below. If there is a delay because the image you originally supply isn't suitable (quality wise) for printing, our processing time begins as soon as we've accepted a good replacement image. Order processing times and delivery times do not include bank holidays or weekends. Please note, the delivery times below do not include processing time.

DIY Face Masks

Our DIY personalised face masks are printed & have the eye holes cut before sending to you. All you have to do at home is cut the masks out and attach the fixings to the rear of the masks. Sometimes, you may also have to pop the eyes out - but this is super easy!

DIY masks save you a tonne of cash, and still have the same great finish as any of our ready to wear masks.

Precut Face Masks

Our precut face masks are printed and cut for you by our in-house team, but the fixings (elastic or sticks) need to be attached at home. This saves you a lot of time over our DIY masks as cutting out the face can be tricky. Sometimes, you may also have to pop the eyes out - but this is super easy!

You can order a minimum of 10 masks per image. There is no maximum, but the more you buy, the more you save. Choose between elastic & sticks.

Choose between DIY (cut and assemble at home) or pre-cut (assemble at home). DIY face masks need to be cut & assembled at home by you, but it's actually more fun than you'd think! Our pre-cut masks are expertly cut by our team, you just need to attach the fixings to the back once they arrive.

Personalisation is key when it comes to making an event special, and our personalised face masks are a great way to do just that. Whether you’re celebrating a Hen Do or Stag do, a birthday party, or even a corporate event, our masks can suit every occasion. 

Please note, we generally cut hair to chin length or similar to preserve the size of the masks. Our supersize masks are designed for short periods of wear, such as for photo opportunities or surprise moments. The eye holes are positioned according to the eyes in your photo, which may reduce visibility or make it difficult to see. These masks are not intended for wearing while moving around.
